In a year where attacking gender identity became a political strategy, Citi did something that would forever change how transgender and non-binary people are seen. From our film “The List” to our 360 campaign, Now that you see me, we were able to communicate that being your true self, and being seen for who you are, is the beginning of everything: pursuing a career, growing friendships and relationships, and living more equally with cisgender people. Our team of transgender and non-binary casting and photographer allowed us to put forward this message by highlighting them and their authentic stories.
