The List

Citi

68% of transgender people don't have any identity documents that reflect their name (National Center for Transgender Equality). Citi became the first major U.S. bank to do something about that - enabling transgender and non-binary customers to update their names on their credit cards through our campaign Now That You See Me. In collaboration with transgender and non-binary colleagues, casting and crew we were able to make an authentic spot that depicted them in a way they’re not often seen in media: as themselves. Happy. Successful. In love.
